Hello,

I am trying to organise a top notch Christmas party for my company executives and directors in London. Does anyone know of caterers that have..

1. Quality Food.
2. Nice Wine/Champagne
3. Premium Mineral Water in glass bottles

Thank you.

You have left it far too late - top notch London caterers are booked months in advance of Christmas - it's their busiest time of the year.
Nonsense!!

There are plenty of quality caterers, and i am sure they have separate teams - especially the bigger ones. Firstly decide what food you wish to serve to your business partners/executives. Once this is sorted, you can then choose the wine, champagne and spirits to serve alongside the meal. Dependent on the food and partnered wine, you can then choose a mineral water which matches up to both gastronomically.
Remember, the spicier the meal, the fuller bodied the red wine, and crisper the white. Mineral Waters with high magnesium are better suited to full bodied red wines.
Goodluck
tap water will do fine, Get them trollied on cheap red and they wont have a clue.
Red, stop being so fasteashush: this is serious stuff goin' on.
i think red's got a point, drive over to calais, fill up on cheap plonk and cheese etc come back and serve it to em (complete with tap water decanted into left over pop bottles) charge them a mahoooosive amount and job done
youre right stewy.

graham is gonna really help tom out of a predicament in the minute, when we get the name of the heavenly provider of posh water (and no, apparently it isnt God)

then we just have to wait for graham to remind Tom about needing bottled water on the game thread and all will be well with the world!!

sorry stewey x.
shurrup red i'm waiitng to find out who the provider of the posh water is so i can go out and buy loads for our xmas party as we've all decided to stay sober........
I am sorry, am I the only one completely lost here? What does planning a Christmas party have to do with buying cheap wine from France, or serving it with Cheese?
Perhaps tom this is not the best forum to ask advice in business or adult terms. It appears to be frequented by childen!

if all the other threads hadnt been banned fluff Id have pointed you in the right direction. sorry!

tell ya what, save up all your empty bottle between now and xmas and use them.

I reckon itd look right posh if you mixed a few pretty blue wkd bottles amonst some fancy traditional coke bottles (the small glass, not 2L plastic ones)
Somewhat akin to Laurel and Hardy, or Abbot and Costello.......wot! By the by, what company is capable of supplying scrumptious cream-pies?
darnation i'm not that posh, i've got some panda pop bottles will they do?
oh dear Tom, you may have accidently posted on the Young Communists' forum! Perhaps wait until next week when half term has finished?

I have been told by my son-in-law that the following company is highly spoken of for Christmas parties - http://www.the-christmas-company.co.uk/tcc/def ault.aspx
London graham, tom asked for london.

tom, if youre really set on having water in glass bottles the buy cotswolds bottled water, at least its local.
i've been called old and young today, does that make me middle aged then? oooo i'm all confuzzeled now
