How about a bit of toast?

Are you ill with your diabetes or just generally?

I have no clue what would be good for somebody who is poorly with diabetes to eat. If that makes sense.

i can eat the same as anyone else as long as i match it with the right amount of insulin.
I always toast is easiest to keep down / in when I am poorly. You can nibble a bit now and then when you feel like it x
I'm diabetic (tablet controlled) and I tend to eat whatever I fancy within reason and drink plenty of fluids hot or cold.
Eat a sandwich, fruit, egg - it just depends on what you think you can handle.
Just carry on doing your BS & you'll be fine
heinz tomato soup and a cheese and onion toasty - tasty, easy to do and ticks your diabetes box.
Plain biscuits ... Rich Tea, or something.

And Lucozade.
Bananas.... truly!
high carbohydrate, low fat, perfect.
And the bigger the better. enjoy ;-)
some strength building drinks like ensure are good. also i usually find veggie soup is nice and lots of fresh fruit
Arrowroot biscuits, or Semolina with a dessert spoon of diabetic jam if you have some. Hope you are soon feeling better.
bratwurst ein?
Something like lentil soup with wholemeal bread would be good, especially if you can face having a banana afterwards (long term carbs from the lentils and the banana). I'd go with whatever you actually fancied eating (within reason of course), whether that be a tiny amount of a seriously hot curry or a bowl of soup and slice of bread. Whenever I am ill, I either go for my staple of chapatti and lentil dahl or veg biryiani (but that's only cos I love curries!)
My children & us always seem to turn to marmite on toast, it's really good for you & savoury tasting too, it has always gone down well. Hope you feel better soon.
i am insulin and tablet controlled male in my early40s diabetic i suffer with low sugar as opposed to high sugar and i find porriige very good also bread and bananas they have slow release long term carbs 4 me you need to eat even if not hungery
I am a tablet conrolled person and when a rgular plate of food is laid in front of me, I do my best but really can't face it.
I am sure if I was a bit more active I would appreciate the volume.
Soup and anything that is not bulk helps me, bananas, corned beef sandwich,or toasties.
Hope you get on ok
