fruit cake made with mincemeat

im sure i saw a recipe on here for a fruit cake made with mincemeat out of a jar - now ive bought the mincemeat and i cant seem to find the recipe! i'd be really grateful if someone can either give me the link or a recipe. thanks so much

Hi Busy,
8oz S.R flour
5oz butter
4oz castor sugar
2 large or 3 medium eggs
3oz cherries ( sticky ones for baking )
1lb jar of mincemeat

Cream butter and sugar. Mix eggs in bit by bit with a little flour. Add cherries. Mix in remaining flour & add mincemeat. Gas mark 3 - 170C for 1 and a quarter hours to 1 and a half hours or till firm to the touch xxx
