Eggnog

I'm gutted that Starbucks aren't doing their Eggnog Latte this Christmas, so i'm just going to have to try making my own.

Is it possible to buy Eggnog at a supermarket or am i going to have to make it from scratch?

does anyone know of a good eggnog recipe? i've had a look via google and there's so many varying recipies, i just don't know which one will be closest to the way Starbucks eggnog tasted.
