Film Fest

This weekend I intend to close myself off and stay indoors all weekend and watch 1000 films with my fella. What foods does everyone love to eat during a massive film session at home?

big bag of crisps with lots of dips and a family size bar of cadburys mint crisp chocolate.

Are the 1000 Films very short or are you taking a very very long weekend?? For eats - Pringles are the best. But I'd also do some chocolate cookies and also cheese & Biscuits & grapes for a less junky snack.

Cadburys Mint Crisp is a must rachel, I'm also deciding which flavour ice cream to get too. And tuc sandwich crackers with the soft cheese in them? Mmmmm.

We usually take turns, I pick a film, then he pick a film, and so on. My first will be Kill 1, then 2, then anything with Adam Sandler, and his I'm guessing will be Rocky, anything with martial arts/ gorey horror. I like being ignorant every so often and stayng in my pyjamas all weekend stuffing my face and not seeing anyone!

that sounds bloody brilliant fun. only thing is, you really have to watch some good old clssics when you have a weekend of films. like the sound of music, mary poppins, bridget jones, four weddings and a funeral, dirty dancing, pretty woman, cujo, silence of the lambs, the jungle book(disney of course) and other really good films. i'm not saying that Kill Bill isn't ace(because lets face it, it really is good) but rocky is a bit pants. the first is ok but then it goes on and on and on and on! it's like stop with the rocky man!!!

and for eats i like Milky way magic stars and ribena!! yum yum. i'm not really a child i'm just in touch with my youth! hee hee! plus i'm only 20 so i am a child really!!!

Pizza, mint poppets, minstrels, salty popcorn, crinkle cut crisps and sour cream and chive dip and loads of diet coke mmmmmmm in fact natlie i'm gonna do this all weekend too!

Absolutely, popcorn is a must. And pizza. Burritos. Something really satisfying that you can eat on the couch - potato knishes. Lots and lots of wine and beer. Oreos. Grapes or cherries, or some other really yummy fruit. Corn chips and guacamole, or salsa, or hummus.

Not so sure about a film fest, but think i'll opt for a fcuk fest this weekend!!!

The usual snacks such as nuts and crisps with loads of alchohol, but, I keep promising myself a family bucket of KFC one weekend just to indulge!
