chritmas cake with a nice bit of chedder and a glass of sherry

Like others, I don't really like any of them, but will eat a mincepie or a bit of Christmas pud if I'm hungry and there is nothing else. Christmas cake is quite disgusting.

We will probably have pavolova on Christmas day for afters.

I'm gonna have a go at making mini Xmas puds a la Nigella Lawson on list nights programme. They looked really cute.

Thanks. They should be easy to make. All it is is Xmas pud mashed up with a bit of sherry and then mixed with melted dark chocolate and golden syrup. Make them into little balls and pour melted white chocolate on them to look like actual round xmas puds.
