lots of help needed please

i have a ��15.00 fresh turkey crown a �12 peice of lamb and a �10 gammon joint nand wanna know how to cook all these perfect !! its my first time cooking this year and want the visitors to come back again !!! ive never had to cook big joints like this before as its only me and hubby home please help me ! sumone said to cook the gammon in cider i like the idea but dont know how . merry xmas x

As for the lamb, what piece of lamb is it? Shoulder, leg?

sorry i didnt mean lamb i meant beef silverside ??
OK, well, the thing with silverside is that it is very lean, which means its not ideal for roasting as tends to get very dry, but works really very well as a delicious slow cooked dish.

I would recommend maybe this, which you can start off, and then cook until you are ready, which lessens the tricky timing of getting 3 joints ready at once!
