Venison

My fella is a Butcher and has given me some Venison sausages for my pigs in blanket (or is that Deer in blanket??). Never tried it before.
Is it nice, and do you think that it will go down well at Christmas dinner?

venison sausages are great.there's very little fat and the taste is better than beef or pork.
