Boil for 5 mins, shake about in the pan add a little oil to them and then add a packet of your favourite stuffing cover the pots in it and roast in hot goose fat. YUM.
I add fresh rosemary to give them a pleasant aromer.
I usually add half teaspoon of chilli powder the red one and 2 table spoons of tandori masala spice which is red. You could also use tandori masala paste instead. Marinate your potatoes for an hour or 2 then cook. Tasty on their own or have some coldsaw on the side to eat with them.
