Roast Beef with Yorkshire pudding, horseradish sauce, sprouts, carrots, roast potatoes and mashed potatoes followed by Chocolate Cherry trifle all washed down with a few glasses of red wine - and the same again for new years ! Non of us can stand turkey :-))
