any vegans out there?

my daughter just asked why vegans won't eat dairy products. as she says, "hens will always lay eggs and cows will always produce milk", so what's the issue?

im a veggie but i couldn't ever live without chocolate!!! :)

the milk is meant for calves so the calf is slaughter and the cow constantly milked in poor conditions (apart from free-range)

hen's are (majority) battery hen's so again in poor housing and pumped full of sh!t to make them produce more

Also fertilised eggs the chicks are throwjn down a convabelt and sorted into laying hens, meat or slaughter for animal feed

one E number is actully made of crushed beetle (used to be in the red smarties but not now)

Not all chocolat sara but chewing gum has gelatine(bone marrow) in it as do many sweets on the market

in a vegan's eyes the produce is meant for there babies and obviously once a hen/chicken can not meet there quota they are destroyed
