I am holding a murder mystery dinner party set in 1967. Could anyone suggest what 60's-style food to serve that would tie in with setting?

How about: Fondue Chicken Maryland Prawn Cocktail Quiche ??
Pop Tarts, Geno's Pizza Rolls (or frozen pizza in general), Kool-Aid, hamburgers, malts... The late 60s were the beginning of convenience foods - anything you could pop into the toaster or carry home in a paper bag.
Tin meatballs, tin curries, ginger wine and not forgetting a can of party seven, babycham

Hard boiled eggs peeled and dipped in food colouring (blue eggs where quite popular)

Avacadoes with egg mayonaise filling.

Artichokes cooked whole - dip the leaves in butter.

Generally very creamy buttery sauces served with fish and meat

Try this list from my trivia blog - it's more naff 70s food, but most were 'cool' in the late 60s:
