Good flapjack recipe please!

HI there, im looking for a flapjack recipy for CHEWY flapjacks, mine always seen to come out crunchy and i sont like them that way.

what kind of people go on this site?! is that funny? sounds like a pervert to me (re reply above) sorry i just had some idiot answering my question too and feeling a bit annoyed.

anyway re chewy flapjacks. i made the best flapjacks the other day. i used polish fudge, which i melted in a pan, and added a bit of milk and some sesame seeds (i think coconut and almods would work well too). i then added the oats. i then put this on an oily baking tray, let cool and put it in the fridge. since fudge is essentially condensed milk i think you could boil condensed milk and do the same but since i haven't tried this i am not sure....
