You can add it last minute to a lot of dishes, curry, stews etc.
I usually just add a handful, i find that is plenty. you will need to judge how much you want by trial and error
again stirfry lightly with some mushrooms and other veg and medium egg noodles. pour a little sweet chilli sauce over a salmon fillet and grill it. lay on top of you stirfry and enjoy gorgeousness!!!! chilli is very good for the metabolism im told!
