Everytime i cook Roast Beef i always cook too much so always have some left over for tea time. When tea time arrives the meat always seems to have dried out. Is there any way of keeping it moist until evening time??

Always have it well done so that prob dries it out from the start but always seems even drier by evening time
Another tip is to slice it and put it in gravy with cooked onions and freeze it in an ovenproof/freezer safe dish. Defrost when required and then just warm it through in the oven an voila, you have another meal.
