frozen seafood selection

I bought a packet of frozen seafood selection from Aldi thinking it would be great to have in a salad.

However, when i looked at the instructions, all it had was to make a risotto from it. I do not care for risotto and would be grateful if anyone has tried anything else with it.

May not help but it could make a good paella

Mix it with some fish put into a white (parsley?) sauce and add a green vegetable, top with mashed potato and you've got a fish pie.

I've had that seafood stuff from aldis - and I've also bought the bag of frozen paella from there too (its really delicious!) and then added the seafood to it as I like lots of fish in mine.
