I am expecting a visitor who is a coeliac. I want to make a cheesecake. Can I buy gluten free digestives or something similar. If not, what do you recommend I use for the base. Many thanks in advance.

Sainsbury's do a 'freefrom' range.....this includes biscuits. You can also find gluten-free products in Holland & Barrett, and other health food stores.
Hey

Just to add to pastas answer, it is not just Sainsburys, all big supermarkets now do have a section for 'Free from' food.

There is a range they all do which comes in yellow and blue packaging called Dietary specials, and most shops now do their own bits and pieces aswell.
you can also get recipes for this kind of thing online from food allergy sites, all the ingredients you need are at mostly any grocery store.
