Hi I have been told my cholesterol is a bit high and I have done a bit of research on the internet and look out for foods with hydrogenated fats.
Now I recently bought Groundnut oil - to fry (when I do) not very often - anybody oil or foods with NO hydrogenated fats. thanks for you replies

Surely you need to be looking at saturated fat, rapeseed oil is low in saturated fat and high in mono unsaturated and poly unsaturated, plus it has the benefit of not having a strong taste, unlike ground nut oil which quite often i use to add to the taste!!
If you still in doubt ask your doctor to recommend a nutritionist ! thats what they are there for!
