it would be easy to say have some veg or whatever but as long as you are eating enough at other times you want to get out of the habit of thinking about food - diets normally make you do this more than normal!! When you get hungry try to think 'I will wait 15 minutes and see if I still really am' by then you may have gone off and done something else. A girl I worked with went off and brushed her teeth - did not like eating straight after doing that so that was her way of distracting! Just find something else to keep you busy. As much as you want to lose weight though, try to keep a healthy balanced diet - dont want to pile it all back on after the wedding. Good luck
if (like me lol) you are dieting, then you may just be focusing more on food than normal, sometimes if you are thirsty your brain can confuse this with hunger, so try a drink before heading for biccie tin :-) and the cadbury hightlights hot choc drinks are only 40cals and give you a choc boost as well :-)
reward system! so tell yourslef that if you go for 3 days of eating healthy snakc then you will reward yourself on the third day. so for example mon to wed you are only allowed things like radishes, fruit salad with yoghurt, veg soups etc as snack and on thursday you can have some organic chocolate as a reward, or (very) small bacon sarnie ;o)
