mmmmm cut into strips, fry in garlic, put lots of salad leaves, red onion, tomato, any other salad you like into a hot pitta add steak, yum yum very quick and tasty, you will only need 1 steak for 2 of these xx
I prefer my steak without any sauce. Like it served with some new potatoes though which i may toss in butter and spring onions. Like mushroom and tomato with the steak too - just done in the frying pan. Non stick pan used but normally add a little butter or olive oil. Yum!
Don't waste a fillet steak by doing too much to it. It's the best cut of meat so should be cooked so the meat speaks for itself. If you want to do stir fry's etc use rump or sirloin.
Quick Steak Rossini...Fry the fillet and put it on top of a slice of fried white bread spread thickly with liver pat�. Make up a gravy mix to which you've added a little red wine and a generous amount of black pepper.
