Can anyone tell me how do I stop apples from going brown once they have been cut

put some lemon juice over them!!

Try using a plastic knife, it works with lettuce.

and if you can, vacuum seal them

... Or, break up a couple of Vitamin C tablets into fine powder and mix with a little water then sprinkle on... Try pineapple juice instead of lemon... works as well and tastes better...
