How do you make pomegranite juice? I'm not the Susie Homemaker type, so please the most easiest way possible. Also, is there a good jelly recipe? Thx-Carla

To get all the juice place the pulp in a fine seive and push through with the back of a spoon. I would then reduce the liquid in a hot pan and add a little lemon juice and a sprinkle of sugar.
Pomegranate Juice
Reportedly good for blood vessels
You need:
1 pomegranate
Method:
Slice it in half like you would an orange and juice it with a little plastic juicer. Do that until you've got about 500 mls of pomegranate juice
To that add 100 mls of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of what's called Orange Blossom Water that's available in the supermarket in the area near the vanilla essence and that kind of thing.
Then add sugar to your own taste (a quarter of a cup is what this recipe indicates)
When you mix all this together you have a cordial.
Put the mixture in the 'fridge and it'll last two or three weeks.
Take it out and use about 50 mls to a glass, add sparkling mineral or soda water and you'll have a really refreshing drink that'll be doing some good for your blood vessels
