late 70's chocolate bar, better then a milky way, filling was white and fluffy. can anyone tell me what it was called.

If it was in the US it may have been an Idaho Spud Bar. I do not know if it made it all the way across the pond or not. It was popular here and I think they still make them but I do not know who the manufacturer was.
Could it have been Aztec? - It was like Cadbury's answer to a Mars Bar, but the bottom bit was whiter and softer than a Mars
It was a Super Mousse. Found a pic of the wrapper with a few other retro sweets...
