Mine's an apple cocktail - you take half a pint of good cider, and add another half pint. You can even mix brands if you're feelin' dangerous.

Oh yeah - a local cafe bar do two called apple crunble and banana split which I love. Ruby rhubarbs are very nice too.

I used to - allergic to booze now - fave is a traditional margarita (not the frozen slush) - still crave them now.

I'm with Willow, Bloody Marys are great.  I also enjoy Long Island Iced Tea:  shots of Vodka, Rum, Gin, Triple Sec and Tequila, fill glass with cola and add a spritz of lemon juice.

 

My favorite cold-weather cocktail is "Canadian Coffee" - in a mug, pour a shot of whiskey, and an equal part of maple syrup.  Fill mug with hot coffee, stir, then top with whipped cream.   Yum!

i myself am partial to morning bloody mary.  the greatest cocktail is Sprogglin's Patent No Hangover Cocktail!  Start the night by downing a pint of Guinness, drink wahtever you like all night, and finish by downing another pint of Guinness.  always works.

Another vote for a proper Bloody Mary, but that Canadian coffeee sounds good. Mr Woofgang and I had a spate of taking autumn holidays on boats on the Thames and one of the huge pleasures was breakfast on a cold morning...bacon doorsteps and coffee made with a generous addition of Glayva

A Rum Punch is a great summer drink (different fruit juices).

 

A Cubana - Rum, kahlua, Baileys?, milk, Bananas. (we used to get this in Havanas in Glasgow but they stopped making it- it's the best creamy cocktail)

 

For a shooter - Butterscotch Schnapps & Baileys

Morello, that sounds like a goooorgeous cocktail!will have to try that one. If there are cocktails on the menu, I usually go for a WooWoo. It tastes lovely AND has a fab name. Not totally sure what's in it. something like cranberry, vodka and Archers. yummy!

Can't beat a good cosmopolitan, other than that i love a ballet russe - no idea what's in it, mojitos and and yes moog - the cok sucking cowboys are a mega favourite of mine - no one seems to have heard of them outside guildford though - where i got ruined on them on saturday night!

My favorite at the mo has got to be TVR, it�s Tequila, Vodka & Redbull. Should come with a warning though, after 5 or 6 you end up getting off with some right rough birds!!!
