What would be your favourite meal? Gelda

I love Chinese food, crispy chicken fillets, special chow mein and pancake rolls, it's making me hungry just thinking about it, M&S do some lovely Chinese dishes and they don't put any rubbish in them, what's your favourite food? Oh and I love a really good mixed grill with all the trimmings all washed down with a couple of glasses of red wine :-} Must go and feed foxy now, her milky bars are showing now so the cubs must be on the way.

Gelda, sending good wishes your way hun. As a cancer survivor myself, I know how debililating treatment can be. I am sure that they had good quality calories in mind when they told you to eat what you like!! Fray Bentos S&K pudding is full of fat and carbs and a little protein. However, like you , I am a big believer in happy calories being good for you. You enjoy your junk food hunny and get well soon.XX

Bimbo. Thanks for your post, regarding the diet I eat a lot of good stuff as well, I eat lots of fruit and veg for a start, there's one thing with me, throughout the 6 years I've had cancer I've never once lost my appetite so that must be a good thing! Fat or no fat I shall still carry on eating the steak and kidney puddings! ( btw I only have one a week )
