My Daughter has a few open bottles of Spirits i.e. Vodka, Rum & Whiskey, she said they have been open for 6 months or more. I have scoured the lables for a
BBE Date but there is'nt one on any of the bottles. Are they still safe to drink.

Yes, as spirits don't go off. The only thing that can happen is that by opening them often the alcohol evaporates so you're left with a slightky weaker spirit.
Open our drinks cabinet and you'll find lots of half-full bottles of different spirits, rarely drunk, brought back from duty free trips abroad. Some of them have been there for more than ten years. One bottle of home-made orange licquor must be nearly 15 years old and it's still fine. Spirits last almost indefinitely.
