cooked beef from sunday

i cooked a joint of beef on sunday. Will it still be ok to use? It's been wrapped in foil and kept in the fridge.

yes but don't leave it any longer, either re-heat and have as a roast, as cold meat or make something else with it

or slice and freeze it to use when you want.
If you slice it and freeze it, you'll need to cover it with a gravy or sauce or it'll be awful.
no it wont, i've done it many times, it's fine.

i fried some onions, garlic and carrots, chopped the beef, made a gravy, bunged it in a dish and topped with mash. it was delish. Much nicer than when we had it on monday!
