I used to have that jazzed up with some raita or something for a bit of extra flavour. According to WW points guide things that don't appear creamy like dhansak (my personal favourite) are just as bad as things like massala sauce. Pilau rice is full of oil and so are bhajis. If you ask me you're best off just going for it and having something nice and then starting the diet again the next day.
