my god are you drunk woman?
This is her son, sad thing is she's not drunk and that's how she makes my scrmbled eggs.

Bad times :(
2 eggs in bowl, drop of milk.....quick whisk with fork & into microwave for 2mins. Mash with fork and if too soft put into micro for 30secs more etc. Meantime put break into toaster.

Less/easier washing with micro.
bread for break.

Think I'll share with you

don't know angel? you have had nearly 2 years to learn ffs.
Perfect tamborine. I always make my scrambled eggs in the microwave, so much easier.
have you tried it no.k?
break 4 eggs in a jug
add some milk
cheese
mushrooms
tomatoes
sweetcorn etc

whisk it about a bit - pour it in a frying pan, let the bottom cook and then put it under the grill to cook the top. Never attempt to flip it! oh no!

BTW would anyone like some nut roast?
thanx Jan1957....bikers cook in pan & leave washing for me of dry pan - men inherently inconsiderate!

that f000king dictionary again - give me some dementia?

I never use milk or water and always do it in a pan.

3 eggs, salt, and lots of pepper. Also a small amount of nutmeg. Whisk vigorously.

Add a nob of butter and heat gently stirringt continuously.

Turn the pan off just before its cooked and allow the residual pan heat to finnish cooking otherwise it will overcook and you'll end up getting water.

Serve on crusty toast with half a tin of cold beans and salad cream on top !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Isn't it amazing how many opinions you can get regarding a simple recipe such as scrambled eggs? Look at the recipes on Google for example.....soooo many. Since I talked to a short-order cook a few months ago, my eggs have turned out great. The "secret": not a lot of milk or water, and whisk the hell out of them immediately prior to pouring into a buttered frying pan.............There; another opinion:)
no.k doing it traditional......still down the coal mines collecting coal for cooker.
I much prefer them done on the hob...then you can keep stirring them. Hence the term " scrambled " . And yes.only a tiny bit of milk or water...the water-if ice cold-causes the eggs to froth up more.
No. know... try them on toast... you know what toast is, right?
