i know it's usually the micro but these are massive!

i suppose its worth a try.
i had a look in my pressure cook book and to cook a whole potato you need to put it in the cooking basket or use trivet and use no less than 150ml and no more than 300ml water.bring to pressure and cook for 12mins.i suppose you could half the time if you are going to bake it after.

I have visions of them exploding! I might just risk it - perhaps for 5 minutes. I'll prick the skin first though!

Why not start them off in the microwave, then stick them in the oven giving you a real 'baked' potato a lot quicker.Much nicer too!
