put it in a pot with enough water to cover a chicken stock cube and as many different vegetables as you have..and simmer for about an hour then remove chicken and shred add back to pot salt and pepper to taste
To add to my previous post.. if you want to make Chicken Noodle soup.. after its cooked and you've shredded the chix take the veg out and add vermicelli (angel hair pasta) and cook until soft..
