i brought raw the other day from Virgin - saw it in HMV as well in Oxford street. I also recommend the new Richard Pryor dvd......

RAW comes out in 11 days on DVD, but I doubt you'll get Delirious on DVD; in fact it's pretty rare and expensive on VHS. Amazon is a good bet.

You can also pick up the videos second hand - I have seen them both in various shops in Camden.
