Chocolate Souffle recipes??

Hello boys and girls....does anybody have a quick....simple recipe for a chocolate souffle??

Im addicted to the ones by GU, but have just looked in my cupboard and noticed i have a collection of about 20 of the glass dishes that they come in...im pregnant..thats my excuse....lol.

Ive decided i dont want to buy anymore, as its about time i make my own....and make good use of the glass dishes ive accumulated over the past 7 mths! :D

sorry no recipe for you souffles scare me! would be interested in ideas to do with the dishes though i have a mountain of the things!

Yeah they scare me a bit too! lol. Im hoping for something i can mix up and stick in the microwave...now thats my idea of baking! Haha.

The dishes are so nice i dont like to chuck them, so far ive used them for jellies and also for dips, however i neeeeed chocolate...mmmmmm. :)

i swear someone on here had a recipe for a chocolate cake that you make in a mug in a microwave, can't for the life of me remember who is was though
