Hi all.
I'm making my nephews birthday cake for his party on Saturday. Do you think if I bake the cakes I need tonight, then do the building/icing tomorrow that it will still be nice by Saturday and Sunday? Its just plain sponge with butter ice and jam filling.

It will be fine if you store it in a well sealed cake tin in a cool dry place
