It's a thick beef and lamb stew, and yes it is tasty.

I have never made it, but there are good recipies if you Google for "Scouse recipe".
Scouse is lovely, Potatoes, meat, pref beef chunks or even mince, carrots, onions but to be honest it is to your taste what you put in. Enjoy, i love my scouse, being a scouser 2 lol.

Lol zzxxee, what a brill night you will have in town, you should come. Me & hubs going to Scotland for the wkend in Aug, looking forward to it. Going to Edinb, hubby hasnt been to Scotland b4, ive been to Ayr years ago which was nice.

no im not peebee but you can take my other half if you go newcastle united is his team
scouse is better eaten the day after you make it. you need to use the cheaper cuts of meat ,and potatoes which fall away easily as they thicken it, and simmer it for hours.
