Second, get wire your mouth shut - your dentist should be able to help. Three, get a hobby more interesting than food. Four, get your partner to monitor your behaviour and step in if you look like eating.
Keep this up for a few months and the ultimate method of not eating will arise...........

If you always reach for a certain type of food when you are upset then try not to have huge amounts of it in t he house - if I am angry or sad I gorge on anything sweet - so I dont have a stockpile of biscuits or chocolate in the store cupboards. Yes I have a packet of biscuits and yes a bit of chocolate for cooking but as there isnt a lot of either I cant go over the top when I am raging. I also find a cup of low calorie choc drink helps. Hope you find something that helps you.
