Help, too much chilli

how can I tone down my Ratatouille I put too much Chilli sauce in and it blows your head off need help A.S.P. will I never learn

Erm... sorry to sound cheeky but wouldnt the ideal solution be to put in less chilli? also tarragon is good and sugar can be used to neutralise extra spiciness.
Oh and also lemon juice, basically anything acidic will cool down chilli as its alkaline.
You could try adding extra tomatoes to increase the volume that the chilli is heating.  Or serve with a big dollop of greek yoghurt or creme fraiche?
put some chunks of raw potato in and simmer till the potato is cooked, then remove the potato. Chilli sauce also gravitates to oil, so if your ratatoille is properly oily, skim some off and replace with fresh.

may thanks I added more Toms some Sugar and It turned out great Saved the day and the meal
you could serve it with  a good dollop of sour cream or similar, which will cool down teh chilli.
