Can you freeze Soya Milk? I've got a recipe for Cupcakes that uses a 170 ml, but I could only buy a litre carton and want to know if I can freeze the rest.

If not, does anyone have any recipes I could try? I don't like it in drinks or to drink.

Thanks

All I can say is that it makes nicer porridge than proper milk!

Yes you can freeze it quite successfully, but give it a good shake before using it.

Thanks, LoftyLottie I'll give the porridge a try. Do you know if it makes good rice pudding?
