Hi Dee Sa,
there are some out there, but it's usually fancy recipes & not your everyday stuff. From what I've found out, if you usually cook something in your 'normal' oven at say 200 you reduce by 20/30 degrees in the halogen oven. I'm waiting for my new halogen oven to arrive x
the ovens really are good and u dont need nay fat or oil and roast spuds under chickem quarters taste great.. JML dont provide one with their product but you can buy ,what object to is thet they wanted £4.99 for postage, when I wrote and complained they said well its a mistake its £2.99, but by them I had realised that you pay OTT prices for everything from them, so I was looking around for an alternative.Thanx for your reply.
Just making a fruit scone round, hit & miss with the times. I have two batches that I will try two different temps & cooking times. let you know how it goes Dee x
