Saw someone on TV

cook some lovely looking sprouts with orange the other day but did not get chance to write down the recipe.Anyone have it or know where I might find one similar as Id like to do them for Christmas.

What about Brussel sprouts with Lemon & Whiskey?  Havn't tried it myself, saw it in a magezine, may do it for Crimbo dinner this year:- Cook sprouts as normal, drain and chop in half. (Recipe says 8 0z of sprouts). Heat a tbls of oil in a pan and add a fineley chopped onion.  Fry for a few minutes and then add an ounce of butter. When melted, add the halved sprouts, 3 tbls whiskey, rind of 1 lemon and 2 tsps soft brown sugar. Stir, and after a couple of minutes add 1 tbls of the lemon juice. Stir in black pepper to season.
