According to my friends who go to weightwatchers, the best thing is chicken chow mein with soft noodles

Depends on how you class "healthy". Low fat? Low calorie? Vegetarian? Dairy-free?!

I would say boiled rice (not fried) with chicken in black bean sauce is quite healthy. None of that is fried, and black bean sauce is lower in additives than some. ie- it's not bright pink (!) and is quite a thin sauce but is still yummy. Throw in some cashews too.

great!chicken in black bean sauce is me fave! thanks scarlett. :0D

Mix vegetables.

Chow mein has less fat and calories that chicken in black bean sauce

As I said, it depends on what sort of diet you are following. Chow mein will be very high in carbs, and is fried. Chicken in black bean sauce is protein and vegetables (beansprouts etc) which a lot of people tend to prefer, what with Atkins and all. Rice is relatively low in calories and as a complex carbohydrate will boost the metabolism.
