This should give you an idea as I've a large turkey breast (not rolled) this year. The weight is 2.2kg - the cooking time is 1hr 50 mins at 190 - then rest for 30 mins.
I will probably put it in a medium roasting tin with a lemon, onion and some herbs placed inside the cavity, thoroughly butter (or oil) all over, and then cover with buttered, pleated foil cover - remove foil to brown for about last 30 mins. Cover and rest (the turkey, not you!)
