i saw a recipe online ages ago. i thought i'd put it in my faves but can't find it.
It said that the best way to heat cuury and rice was to layer it like a byriani.
Has anyone ever done it like that?
Do you think i should add a bit of water or anything?

If I have leftover takeaway, I just put it all in a microwave dish (in no particular order), cover it with a bit of clingfilm, and heat it on max for a couple of minutes. Curry's always better the next day! (and yes I do it all the time, it's yummy, the clingfilm stops the rice getting brittle when it's reheated.)
