Dad's doing a beef roast dinner tonight with a joint of topside / rump beef stuff. YUK.

What else can i do with it, either having a chunk sliced off and cooking it myself or having a couple of roasted slices with my own veggies and sauce?

I have; veggies - tinned corn, tomatoes, carrots, onions, cucumber, cabbage, peas.
sauces etc - worcester, brown sauce, ketchup, lemon juice, apple juice.
carbs - brown rice or potatoes.
other random stuff for flavour - garlic, shallot, jars of herbs and chilly flakes etc.

I don't really like the taste of beef, so a strong sauce (not gravy) to go with it please.

can you make beef curry?

but i've only have one curry before and i didn't like it, should i try one, or has someone got a better idea, with what i have?
have you got horseradish to stir into your gravy? that would be nice, and you could make it as strong as you need to disguise the flavour. i dont like the flavour of just beef either.
why do you HAVE to eat the beef? Why don't you just say, you'll just have the veggies, etc, and leave the beef for those that like it.
Question Author
'I need my protein' and no we have no horseradish.

I jsut want something different, but using the beef, thats healthy and full of flavour.
