Salmon steaks with lime and coriander!

Went to morrisons looking for smoked salmon steaks which they didnt have damn it,not a great lover of salmon steaks in general,but the lad on the fishmongers stall was so nice and helpful so ended up with the above,going to have them with new potatoes baby sweetcorn, snow peas, and vine tomatoes,hope they are tasty spent alot of money on them,anyone else tried these if so what did you think??

I've had them before and they're nice, so are the ones with a bit of chilli in them but if there's too much chilli it can easily overpower the salmon
