I'll make several dressings too, a grainy mustard and honey one, and a lemon/olive oil herby one....anything else?
I always hate it when people ask for recipes from me because, i've been doing thises things for so many years, I never measure anything, i make by eye if you know what i mean, but here goes:
I will say 'measures' you can use an old tea cup, an egg cup, a mug, for how ever much you want to make it's a matter of ratio!
2 measures tom ketchup (I'm using an old teacup here)
1/2 tube tom puree
I large onion chopped fine and 2 fat cloves garlic, crushed (sautee in a little oil until soft)
1/2 measure of soft brown sugar
1/3 measure balsamic or ordinary vinegar/cider vinegar, whatever
1-1and a half cups Jack Daniels
1 tablespoon BBQ spice
worcester sauce - whaddya mean how much - told you....about.....that much! Oh alright, a couple of tablespoonsful
1/2 a measure of molasses or black treacle
Cook altogether in a saucepan till lovely and thick, use on pork ribs, chicken, chops and steaks, burgers and sausages.....
