Do baked beans belong on a full English breakfast?

Along with the usual sausages, bacon, eggs, grilled tomato, mushrooms.....I sometimes add black/white pudding, or a potato cake - a little sauteed liver and or kidney for those who do offal...'cheat' fried bread it's non-fattening and tastes just about as good!

For cheat 'fried' bread you will need, one slice of bread of choice, and 'spread' of choice, eg butter or olive oil spread, marg, etc.
Method: toast one side of bread. 'butter' the UN-toasted side, and put it back under the grill 'butter' side up and toast till golden, be careful that it doesn't catch and burn

I don't personally like baked beans with breakfast, but I will eat them with breakfast if we're eating the same thing later in the day. OH likes them with his breakfast. Egg, bacon, black pud, toast, tomatoes (fresh or tinned) then I have a hash brown and he has his beans. Nice big glass of cranberry juice, and we're away!
PS "they" have now decided that after all, a cooked breakfast can be good for you and can set you up for the day - doh!
