Have been looking for this for ages as my last bottle is on its last legs - anyone know where I can buy some in the Hereford area? Thanks

Yep .. Worcester! :)
Nightmare trying to find stuff like that.

Seriously - I can't find it - it's not the normal stuff. Have searched every supermarket in Hereford and Malvern and on-line (can get it delivered by Ocado but they don't deliver where I live). After you have tasted it you can't use the other stuff as it tastes so weak.
I think you're stuck with getting it from Waitrose somehow.
If you have a friend near a Waitrose, ask them to get a couple for you!

Unfortunately my 'friend' who goes to Waitrose is my husband who has a memory like a sieve - I will have to keep nagging him to have a look! Have also sent HP Foods an e mail to see if they have a list of stockists. (God, how sad am I sending e mails about sauce!)
I looked on the web .. not much help there.
Are you sure it's worcestershire sauce? I go into Sainsabury's, the Co-Op, Asda and Morrisons and buy an awful lot of the stuff as I use it in cooking and in tomato juice, and I haven't seen anything, the only thing I've seen 'special edition' is Marmite
Surely a Special Edition is by it's very nature, a temporary product. Or am I confusing it with Limited Edition ? LOL.
I do beg your puddin'! Never seen it - Just an excuse to charge double for it I suppose, not like it's expensive enough!!!
Question Author
It is expensive but it's really nice - the ordinary stuff tastes like gnat's compared to it.
Got me actually looking out for it now : (
"extra matured" ! Blimey! They brew it?
Perhaps it will strip paint, disinfect cuts, etc
Allbags the main thing here is will it get us drunk?
Question Author
We once had a really old bottle of the ordinary stuff (it was years of of date) and it was very similar but I can't wait a couple of years for some decent cheese on toast. It's thicker than the normal stuff so I guess it is more concentrated (and it has got some gold writing on the label - v posh!). If I find any I will let you know who stocks it, or maybe HP Foods will answer my e mail.
hey success, found some in our local sainsbury's this morning, it £3.29 for a 290ml bottle

if you want me to get you some and pop it in the post let me know [email protected]

Thanks mccfluff - finally found some at the out-of-town Tesco (had just assumed that because the in-town Tesco didn't have any then the other one wouldn't).
