i have a bar of boost staring at me, and i really want to eat it, but its late, will i b able to sleep after eating this bar?? :-S

be careful askyourgran, u might end up eating it all, i said i'll have a bite but ended up eating the whole bar, now i feel sick, :-S i dont usually eat after 8pm,
