My Toffee isnt setting :-(

Whats gone wrong? I measured it out as per recipe and left it to set overnight in the fridge. Its still a runny consistancy like butterscotch.

Is there anything I can do to save it? Like melt it all down again and add something?

Put in a saucepan and reboil until - if you haven't got a sugar thermometer, boil it until when you drop a little of the caramel into cold water, press with finger, it should be hard - that's the right temp!

You could just go and BUY some toffee !
